Research based and Conversations with African & African American males regarding education, policy, barriers & personal concerns which interrupt plans. The process of listening to males so that their 'VOICE' is not denied nor lost is a major aspect of day to day interaction, dream fulfillment, decision making or silence. Where an interruption occurs - of most importance is taking dreams off the shelf to place them into a functional existence!

The aspect of policy can be valuable in these instances thus F.I.F. works with entities (schools, community organizations, groups) to support needed placement(s).
Thus substantive conversation, self-excellence & heightened acceptance can be absorbed.
